Kionne is a consummate professional. During our initial meeting she came into my home and explained the entire process to me. This increased my comfort level considering that I have never sold a home. She walked through my home and made many suggestions on the home’s appearance, Needed repairs, etc that would better the chances of getting an offer. She scheduled showings and walk throughs and was always on time. She took the extra step to Invite several realtors into my home to access the home and give their opinions. To give further exposure she enlisted the services of New York Newsday to run an ad in that paper. On a personal level Kionne is very personable. She smiles, laughs, and is quite easy going. Frankly I felt like I was her only client. Overall I must say that I am very pleased with her services and give her a five star rating.
